Policies

SHIPPING

  • DOMESTIC - rates are for the lower 48 states and are an average. In a few cases additional shipping is required (i.e. heavier than expected , larger boxes, multiple boxes) in this case we will send an additional invoice.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO addresses may require additional shipping, we will send an invoice prior to shipping.
  • INTERNATIONAL - is bases on package size and weight, some countries require additional shipping, in this case we will send an additional shipping for the difference prior to sending the package.
  • CUSTOM FEES/DUTIES - We are NOT responsible for custom fees and/or duties for packages. This is applied per country and every country is different. 

 

PACKAGE LOST OR STOLEN

Once packages have shipped from our shop, an email is automatically sent to you with tracking details. Please keep track of your packages and know when they will be delivered. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST OR STOLEN.  If a package is missing, please contact the shipping company IMMEDIATELY with your tracking information so they may be able to locate the package(s).

 

TURN AROUND TIME 

  • In most cases we ship within 1-2 business days if all items are ready to ship (RTS). Should you need an item IMMEDIATELY for a upcoming session, please send a chat request or email at hello@luneberry.com
  • In large restockes we may take 7-14 business days to ship an order due to volume of orders.
  • BFCM is our biggest day of the year, please expect longer shipping times as we process a large volume of orders.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

There are no returns or exchanges, this helps to make sure our products are new (unless marked as used or vintage) and is in the best shape possible for all our customers.

In some instances, we may allow a return for a shop credit or exchange only, this return will incur a 20% restocking fee to compensate for labor and materials in processing the original order. Client is responsible for all shipping charges. When sending merchandise back we recommend insuring the package as we need all merchandise to be returned in the exact same condition as received, if received in other condition or damaged we cannot allow a return/exchange of goods. Again, this is in rare occasions and case by case only. Why do we do this? This prevents from having items used for a specific session and return to us after used.

 

DAMAGED GOODS /  MISSING ITEMS:

  • DAMAGED - If an item arrived damaged please contact us within 24 HOURS of receiving your package. Email us with images at hello@luneberry.com so that we can see if a case can be filed with the shipping company. This is very time sensitive.
  • MISSING / INCORRECT ITEMS - Well, its true, we are humans and mistakes can happen from time to time. If you are missing an item or got an incorrect item, we truly apologize! Please email us within 24 HOURS of receiving your order with images of everything you received at hello@luneberry.com so that we can take care of it. 
  • If items qualify for an exchange, we will send a return label and once items track on the Fedex website, then we will send the exchanged items your way.

 

READY TO SHIP VS. PREORDER:

RTS (Ready to ship) will ship within a few business days, in most cases sooner.

If you need an order immediately, please do not hesitate to contact us, in most cases we can accommodate to make sure your order arrives in a timely manner for your session or deadline.

 

COLOR VARIATIONS:

We do our best to showcase our products as close as possible to the actual color, however, screen resolutions, calibrations, desktop vs cell phone, etc will all vary.  In use photographer's images are subject to the individual's editing style and therefore may change the final color of the product to suit their style.
